Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate, heavy cream, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in orange zest, orange extract, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Use a small scoop or spoon to form 1-inch balls. Roll quickly between your hands to shape.
- Roll each truffle in chopped coconut. For extra snowiness, dust with powdered sugar.
