Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk honey, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and soy sauce.
- Marinate chicken for 15–30 minutes (optional).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side.
- Pour remaining sauce into pan and simmer to reduce.
- Add cornstarch slurry if you want a thicker glaze.
- Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Rest 5 minutes, then serve with glaze spooned on top.
