Ingredients

  • Olive oil: ¼ cup
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Fresh lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves, minced: 2
  • Honey or maple syrup: 1 tbsp
  • Dried oregano: ½ tsp
  • Paprika: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: ¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, honey, and seasonings.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over.
