- 500g bread flour
- 350ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- Food coloring (various colors)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the bread flour and water until combined.
- Add the sourdough starter and salt, and knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and color each portion with different food coloring.
- Layer the colored doughs on top of each other and gently roll them into a log shape.
- Place the log into a greased loaf pan and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool before slicing.

- Ensure the sourdough starter is active before using.
