- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Carefully cut the corn into rib-like sections.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the corn ribs with the honey butter mixture.
- Grill the corn ribs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining honey butter before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or smoked paprika to the honey butter mixture.
- These corn ribs can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
