Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices of seedless watermelon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brush watermelon slices with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder.
  2. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until charred.
  3. Transfer to a plate, squeeze lime juice over the top, and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Top with feta and mint. Serve immediately.
