- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and the tomatoes are blistered.
- While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and use a fork to mash the feta and mix it with the tomatoes and oil.
- Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
