- 2 cups fresh pineapple juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup orange slices
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the fresh pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cold water, and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the diced fresh pineapple, sliced strawberries, and orange slices to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the club soda or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy finish. Stir gently to combine.
- Serve over ice cubes in glasses, garnished with additional fruit slices if desired.
Notes
- For a fun twist, add a splash of coconut water for extra tropical flavor.
- Substitute the club soda with ginger ale for a sweeter, spicier punch.
